We are compensated directly from the Listing Agent in a shared commission split on all transactions. “Buyers Agency” means we will work in only YOUR BEST INTEREST! You are our client so we only represent just you, and your needs. We work to negotiate the best price, terms, and ensure the property is inspected and fit for purchase. If repairs are needed we negotiate those repairs to be completed by the Seller or ask for the cost of repairs out of the final sales price.
